How to make a price list

Your saved items already have prices. Pick the columns and items, and share a neat price list with customers, or a separate one for wholesale buyers.

Step by step

1. Check your items. Items saved in any maker are listed; add new ones with Add an item.
2. Type the prices. MRP, wholesale, retail, and purchase price to see your margin. Save prices so bills use them too.
3. Choose what to print. Tick columns, give a title and a valid from date, say whether prices include GST.
4. Pick the items. Untick what should not be on this list.
5. Print or share. Print or save PDF, Share on WhatsApp (text) or Download for Excel.

Worked example

A wholesale list "Paints, valid from 1 November 2026", columns Item, Unit, Wholesale rate, GST: wall putty ₹610/bag, brush ₹52; prices exclude GST 18%.

Common mistakes and how to fix them

• Mixing GST-inclusive and exclusive prices. Say clearly which on the list.
