How to make your price list
- Check your items. The list below the preview shows every item and service you saved in any Nivesh Sahayak document maker. Add new ones in "Add an item".
- Type the prices. Fill MRP, wholesale and retail price, and the purchase price if you want to see your margin. Press "Save prices" so your next bill uses them too.
- Choose what to print. Tick the columns you want, give the list a title and a "valid from" date, and say whether prices include GST.
- Pick the items. Untick items you do not want on this list, for example a separate list for wholesale buyers.
- Print or share. Press "Print or save PDF" for an A4 list, "Share on WhatsApp" for a text list, or "Download for Excel" for a CSV file.
What it does for you
- One price, everywhere: prices you save here are the same items the billing, quotation and other Nivesh Sahayak tools suggest, so the list and the bill always agree.
- Four prices per item: MRP, purchase price, wholesale price and retail price, with the margin worked out for you.
- Catches mistakes: warns when a retail or wholesale price is above MRP (selling a packed item above MRP is not allowed), or when you would sell below cost.
- Purchase price from your bills: one tap fills empty purchase prices from the newest purchase bill of the same item.
- Prints clean: your business name, address and GSTIN on top, numbered rows, GST note and date; the printed list is in English.

Your data stays with you
Your items and prices are kept in this browser and shared with the other Nivesh Sahayak tools through my.niveshsahayak.in. Nothing is sent to us. The WhatsApp button only opens WhatsApp with the text; you choose who gets it.

Questions people ask
Is this price list maker free?
Yes. There is no login and no limit. It works in your browser.
Can I print a price list without GST?
Yes. Choose "GST extra as applicable" or "No GST note" under the list, and type prices before GST.
Can a shop sell above MRP?
No. Under Rule 18(2) of the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011 no one may sell a packed item above its retail sale price (MRP), which already includes all taxes. Selling below MRP is allowed.
Will my customers see my purchase price?
Only if you tick the purchase price column. It is off by default, the maker warns you when it is on, and it is never put in the WhatsApp text.
Do the prices change my bills?
Yes, after you press Save prices. The retail price is the rate the Nivesh Sahayak billing and quotation makers suggest for that item.
